Monthly Rehearsal Time Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

How to Enter
To enter, submit your email address and valid raffle ticket number using the entry form on this website. -
Prize
One winner will receive:-
One free rehearsal session.

Each session is limited to a maximum of 2 hours.

Any rehearsal time exceeding 2 hours per session will be charged at the standard rehearsal hire rate.

Draw Frequency
The prize draw takes place once every calendar month. -
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the monthly closing date. -
Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the email address provided. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, another winner may be selected. -
Prize Expiry
Any free rehearsal sessions awarded during the year must be used before 31 December of the same calendar year. Unused sessions will expire and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or carried over into the following year. -
Eligibility
Only valid raffle ticket numbers are eligible. Entries containing incorrect or duplicate ticket numbers may be disqualified. Proof of the physical business card as well. -
No Cash Alternative
The prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. -
Changes
Backstage by Christina F reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw where necessary. -
Privacy
Your email address will only be used to administer the prize draw and contact winners unless you separately opt in to receive marketing communications.
Selection Process
Winners are drawn at random on the first Monday of each month from all eligible entries submitted during the previous calendar month. If you are selected, you will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within 48 hours of the draw. Once notified, winners must book their two-hour rehearsal sessions within 30 days of the notification date. Please note that all entries and the current raffle promotion will expire at the end of the current calendar year. We encourage all participants to stay tuned for future opportunities and events.
